Two Solo Exhibitions - Cultivator at Bray Grove Farm

Cultivator is pleased to present two solo outdoor exhibitions by Claire Helen Ashley and Tariq Tamir at Bray Grove Farm during Bray Grove Farm's Spring Farm Day. The artists share a sense of play and whimsy in their art to address deep and thoughtful underlying themes.
Claire Helen Ashley's Prairie Pods is a participatory outdoor art exhibition. The artist’s colorful inflatable sculptures will provide a joyful display against the backdrop of the farm, as the audience is invited to step inside some of the pieces to bring them to life.
Tariq Tamir's exhibition combines natural and salvaged materials, paint, textiles, and other items as he composes intricately textured assemblages. His art is both playful and serious, as he pays tribute to the importance of women in society.
Please rsvp and join us on Memorial Day, Monday, May 29th from 2-5pm for art, conversation, light refreshments, and an afternoon on the farm. Bray Grove Farm is located 70 miles southwest of Chicago in Grundy County. To confirm your attendance and receive directions and parking information, kindly email joanne@cultivatorarts.com.
Children are of course welcome, however pets are not allowed as the well-being of our farm animals is of concern. Bray Grove Farm is a no-smoking site.
